The 15 elegant apartments of the Residence, ideal for short rentals and for apart hotel solutions in Venice, are available in classic or superior options, able to meet every demand for space and comfort: each comes with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator, washing machine, Internet access. Bathrooms come with either bathtub or shower, hairdryer and beauty kit. Children through age 8 stay free (max. 2), in an apartment with their parents.
All apartments are for non-smokers. Animals are not allowed.

Booking cancellation fees
In the event of a cancellation of the whole reservation the following fees will be debited to you from your credit card:
Fee amounting to the price of the whole booked stay if the cancellation is made during the 7 days preceding the start date of your stay.
Fee amounting to the price of the first night if the cancellation is made during the 21 days preceding the start date of your stay.
